What to Expect

Preparation: Home preparation is a must, and knowing exactly what it takes to sell a home is critical.  I will prepare a checklist of items that need to be completed to create the greatest appeal to most buyers.

Staging: Once the home is ready, it will be staged to give it a polished, fresh look.

Professional Photography: Almost half of home buyers look online to begin their home-buying journey, which is why professional photography is so important.   I will hire one of the best photographers in our area to photograph your house.

Professional Marketing: I use multi-media platforms, such as eye-catching flyers and postcards delivered to targeted areas, social media exposure, and in some cases, video tours or Matterport as well as signs.

My Process

After my initial appointment/interview, I take the information collected and create a Comprehensive Market Analysis. Active, pending, and sold properties are used as well as the state of the local market to determine a price and plan for you that makes sense.

We will create a realistic time frame and a plan of action so you'll know exactly what it will take to list your home.

When selling, you only have one chance to make a first impression. Today, your first showing is on the Internet, which is why we always encourage staging (paid for by me). Good staging paves the way for amazing photographs. (I also pay for this.)  Great photographs get potential buyers to get on the ferry or catch a plane to see your house in person.

I utilize social media to market your home as well as advertise open houses.

While on the market, you will always have high-quality flyers in the box situated underneath the For Sale sign. A Home Book is provided and left in a prominent place in the house for buyers to review.  I am happy to do Open Houses at the seller’s discretion.
